Drawing from extensive training in neuropsychology, EMDR, and somatic experiencing therapy, Dr. Ashley delivers evidence-based care with a human touch. A cum laude graduate of Duke University with a doctorate from Pepperdine, she combines cutting-edge therapeutic techniques with deep empathy to help clients achieve lasting transformation.

After over a decade in private practice, Dr. Ashley has expanded her practice to include work in the entertainment industry. Dr. Ashley followed her passion for psychology, bringing a unique perspective to help creative professionals and entertainment industry members thrive. Her integrative approach bridges the gap between traditional therapy and whole-person healing.
